Job Requirements
- Previous catering experience is preferred
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday
- Ability to work assigned shifts between 6:00 am - 2:30 pm and 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Adherence to safety and sanitation policies
- Use of medium weight cut gloves when handling sharp utensils
- Use of oven mitts or steamer gloves when handling hot pans
- Use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality such as fine-dining restaurants, five-star hotels, private clubs, yachts, or executive residences
- Demonstrated mastery of formal service techniques with a modern, intuitive approach
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and calm demeanor under pressure
- Strong understanding of food, beverage, and service pacing at a fine-dining level
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by law
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned guests, managing the full dining and hospitality experience from arrival through departure
- Deliver restaurant-level a la carte service within executive meeting rooms and private dining spaces
- Anticipate guest needs before they are requested, including beverage preferences, dietary considerations, pacing, and privacy
- Coordinate with captains, managers, culinary, sales, AV, facilities, and security teams to ensure a flawless experience
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, ingredients, sourcing, and preparation techniques to confidently guide guests
- Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions
- Serve food and beverages to guests
