Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged required
- minimum two to four years of customer-facing, administrative, or concierge-style experience in financial, hospitality, or corporate setting
- bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred
- equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute
- proven confidence and comfort in supporting members with digital tools and banking technology
- familiarity with kronos or other workforce management systems strongly preferred
- certification as notary public and/or medallion signature guarantee signer must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- bondable

Job Duties

- identify service needs and guide members to appropriate resources
- optimize lobby wait times through scheduling data and queue management
- deliver exceptional hospitality and personal touches
- collaborate to resolve complaints and escalations
- serve as digital banking ambassador
- educate members on digital tools and atm functionality
- assist with deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, and troubleshooting
- manage online banking and mobile app setups
- stay informed on digital services and future rollouts
- empower less tech-savvy members
- act as central coordinator for mail and package deliveries
- maintain clean, organized, and branded lobby
- ensure marketing materials are stocked and aligned with brand standards
- support notary and medallion signature guarantee services
- manage sensitive documents with discretion and compliance
- serve as concierge for executive leadership visits
- prepare meeting materials and coordinate visitor access
- perform other related duties as assigned
