- experience with heavily produced large-scale and multi-day events
- personal integrity, initiative, agility, leadership and team orientation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment that demands excellence, time and energy

- proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- negotiation and commercial skills
- commitment to diversity and inclusion in all facets including gender and cultural sensitivity
- experience working with governmental organizations and media is a plus
Job Duties
- Set and execute annual business strategy and calendar for Goldman Sachs Executive Office events in the Americas
- maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders including top executives
- build out event concepts including proposed locations and venues
- draft run of show
- plan event production requirements and staffing needs
- select and manage vendors
- oversee and manage annual and recurring initiatives with attention to improvement and efficiency
- elevate event quality to best represent the brand internally and externally
- guide agency-based project managers on standards and best practices
- manage risk and maintain controls through budgeting, approvals, contract review and reporting
- ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to
- oversee on-site execution for events in portfolio
