Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience in corporate or community engagement
  • Volunteer coordination experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Experience with campaign tools
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in research and grant writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to host groups and represent organization
  • Commitment to hunger relief
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, nonprofit management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience
  • Experience with corporate or community engagement
  • Volunteer coordination experience
  • Campaign implementation experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge NXT preferred
  • Experience with online campaign tools like Classy
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Hospitality and hosting skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Cultural competency and commitment to hunger relief

Job Duties

  • Serve as primary contact for corporate and community engagement
  • Maintain communication with existing partners to deepen relationships
  • Support execution of partnership strategies
  • Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities
  • Solicit in-kind donations and auction items
  • Coordinate and host volunteer groups with tours and presentations
  • Lead coordination of food and fund drives
  • Collaborate across teams for event and campaign alignment
  • Represent Community Food Share at outreach events
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
