Job Requirements
- Five plus years of experience in administrative support, front-office management, or event planning
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to sit at computer for long periods
- Ability to make photocopies and scan documents
- Occasional local travel and deliveries required
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in-office
- Willingness to work minimal overtime if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum five years of experience in administrative support, front-office management, or event planning
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating travel and managing executive calendars
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, iOS/Android devices, and modern phone systems
Job Duties
- Lead event planning including corporate celebrations, off-site meetings, and domestic travel coordination
- Provide calendar, travel, and expense management for executive leadership
- Maintain an organized office environment and manage incoming calls
- Act as gatekeeper for sensitive information maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Support special projects including report preparation and data collection
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee onsite event execution
- Manage office operations to ensure professional and welcoming atmosphere
