The ideal candidate will have experience in culinary arts, a strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Working as part of our kitchen staff, the Line Cook will be responsible for preparing all served food, planning food production schedules to coordinate with meal serving hours, memorizing menu items and ensuring proper portion sizes, adhering to food safety and sanitation codes, and maintaining cleanliness and safety of kitchen equipment and utensils. Open availability is a requirement to meet the demands of our operation and to ensure flexibility for varying shifts and catering events.
