Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to routinely lift items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and pull as required for handling items and equipment
- Manual dexterity to operate tools, typing, and cleaning equipment
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and use equipment
- Capability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
- Physical endurance to maintain energy during long and peak shifts
- Balance and coordination to multitask and handle bulky items
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service
- Maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
