Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to routinely lift items weighing 5-25 lbs and occasionally 40-50 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and pull as required for handling items and equipment
  • Manual dexterity to operate tools, typing, and cleaning equipment
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and use equipment
  • Capability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy during long and peak shifts
  • Balance and coordination to multitask and handle bulky items
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable
  • Team-oriented and proactive especially during busy periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and guest experience

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
