Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- lifting routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
- bending for accessing low areas and handling items
- reaching for accessing high areas and handling items including building salads and restocking ingredients
- squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
- pulling managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
- manual dexterity including typing, interacting with systems, handling tools such as knives, thermometers, POS systems, and managing cleaning tools
- physical mobility navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- repetitive motions including frequent tasks like typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
- physical endurance maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- coordination including balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations from greeting customers and sharing menu knowledge to ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
- food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and delivering a friendly and efficient service experience
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed throughout service and prep shifts
- use of clear verbal cues such as 'knife' and 'behind' to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food is prepared to standard, following protocols for handling allergens and preventing cross-contamination
- efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities particularly during peak hours of operation
