Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately following portion and presentation standards
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- Use clear verbal communication for team coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards ensuring order accuracy and allergen protocols
- Efficiently multitask prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
