Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, and pull during tasks
  • Manual dexterity for handling tools and interacting with systems
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
  • Capacity to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Physical endurance for long shifts and busy times
  • Good coordination and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality is advantageous
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different workstations
  • Team-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and customer experience
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout shifts
  • Use clear verbal communication to coordinate with team members
  • Follow prep guides and recipes to ensure order accuracy and allergen protocols
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
