Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality
- Support smooth restaurant operations
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Greet guests and take orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies
- Communicate clearly with team to ensure coordination and safety
- Follow prep guides and recipes to ensure order accuracy
- Multi-task during prep, service, and cleaning shifts
