Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and provide menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
- Maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies
- Communicate clearly with team members for coordination and safety
- Follow prep guides and recipes to ensure order accuracy and allergen protocols
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks during peak hours
