Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies
- Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and food safety protocols
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
