Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies
  • Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and food safety protocols
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
