Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift heavy boxes up to approximately 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and pull items as needed
- Manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, and handling kitchen tools
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, cleaning, assembling, and mixing
- Physical endurance to maintain energy during long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination for balance and multitasking in tight spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food quality and prevent cross-contamination
- Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
