Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes up to approximately 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach for low and high areas and handle items
  • Ability to pull items or equipment as required
  • Manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, and handling kitchen tools and cleaning equipment
  • Physical mobility including navigating stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
  • Capacity for repetitive motions such as typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency during long shifts and peak periods
  • Coordination skills for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items in tight spaces
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move between areas

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
  • Team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and support smooth restaurant operations
  • Portion, mix, squeeze, chop, and prep ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
  • Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
