Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to lift and handle heavy boxes up to 25 pounds
  • ability to bend, squat, reach high and low areas frequently
  • manual dexterity for handling knives, thermometers, POS systems, and cleaning equipment
  • physical endurance for long shifts and peak periods
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capability to perform repetitive motions like chopping, typing, and cleaning
  • coordination and balance to handle bulky items and multitask

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and support smooth restaurant operations
  • greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately following recipe and presentation standards
  • greet guests, take orders, and answer questions with friendly and efficient service
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate inventory and supplies as needed
  • communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues for coordination and safety
  • follow protocols for order accuracy, allergen handling, and cross-contamination prevention
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
