Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- able to lift up to 25 lbs

- proficient manual dexterity for typing and handling tools and equipment

- comfortable with repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling

- able to balance and multitask in tight, busy spaces
- must be 18 years or older
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- maintain a clean and organized workspace following food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- communicate clearly with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety
- follow prep guides and protocols to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- efficiently manage multiple tasks during peak hours
