Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during service and prep shifts
- communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues for coordination and safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and manage food allergens appropriately
- efficiently multitask prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities during peak hours
