Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week

  • manual dexterity for typing, handling tools, and cleaning equipment

  • physical endurance for long shifts and peak periods
  • coordination for balance and multitasking in tight spaces
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during service and prep shifts
  • communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues for coordination and safety
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and manage food allergens appropriately
  • efficiently multitask prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities during peak hours
