Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to handle lifting of items up to approximately 25 lbs
- Physical ability for bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and repetitive motions
- Manual dexterity for typing, handling tools and equipment such as knives and POS systems
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
- Endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and busy periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
- Team-oriented and proactive, especially during peak periods
- Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace observing food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, thermometers, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- Use clear verbal communication for team coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards ensuring order accuracy and allergen protocols
- Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning tasks, especially during peak hours
