Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Lifting handling various items including heavy boxes up to approximately 25 pounds
- Bending for accessing low areas and handling items
- Reaching for accessing high areas and handling items including building salads and restocking ingredients
- Squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
- Pulling managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
- Manual dexterity typing, interacting with systems, handling tools including knives, thermometers, POS systems, and managing cleaning tools
- Physical mobility navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- Repetitive motions frequent tasks like typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
- Physical endurance maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- Standing and walking extended periods including moving between areas

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
- Team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods

Job Duties
- Food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Line operation building salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Customer interaction greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and delivering friendly and efficient service
- Sanitation and cleaning maintaining a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Tool and equipment handling safely operating kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Inventory support restocking and rotating ingredients and supplies as needed throughout service and prep shifts
- Team communication using clear verbal cues such as 'knife' and 'behind' to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- Order accuracy following prep guides and recipe cards ensuring food is prepared to standard and handling allergens appropriately
- Multi-tasking efficiently managing prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
