Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes up to approximately 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and pull for accessing and managing items
  • Manual dexterity to type, handle tools and equipment safely
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
  • Capability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and mixing
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak periods
  • Coordination skills for multitasking and handling bulky items in tight spaces
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to various stations

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food ingredients including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portion sizes and presentation
  • Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
  • Use clear verbal communication to coordinate with team members ensuring workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipes to ensure order accuracy and protocol adherence
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak service hours
