Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, balancing, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for typing, using kitchen tools, POS systems, and cleaning equipment
- Physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak times
- Coordination to multitask and work safely in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and assembling ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate inventory supplies as needed
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to maintain order accuracy and food safety
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially during peak hours
