Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, balancing, and standing or walking for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for typing, using kitchen tools, POS systems, and cleaning equipment
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak times
  • Coordination to multitask and work safely in a fast-paced environment

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and assembling ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations following food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate inventory supplies as needed
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to maintain order accuracy and food safety
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, especially during peak hours
