Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- lifting items including heavy boxes up to approximately 25 pounds

- pulling items or equipment
- manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, handling tools and cleaning equipment
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
- repetitive motions including typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
- physical endurance for maintaining energy during long shifts and peak periods
- coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- portion, mix, squeeze, chop, and prep ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly and efficient service
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts
- use clear verbal cues to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to maintain food preparation standards
- efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities during peak hours
