Job Requirements

  • must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • lifting up to 25 lbs

  • manual dexterity for typing, handling tools and cleaning
  • physical mobility for navigating stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators

  • coordination for balance and multitasking in tight spaces
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • food preparation including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately, ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly and efficient service
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts
  • communicate effectively with team members using clear verbal cues to ensure coordination and safety
  • follow prep guides and recipes to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning tasks especially during peak hours
