Job Requirements

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- food preparation including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately, ensuring correct portions and presentation
- greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly and efficient service
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during shifts
- communicate effectively with team members using clear verbal cues to ensure coordination and safety
- follow prep guides and recipes to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning tasks especially during peak hours
