Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, reach high and low areas
- Good manual dexterity for handling tools like knives and POS systems
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Physical endurance to maintain energy during shifts
- Coordination skills to multitask and handle bulky items
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and mixing

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and ingredient prepping
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members using verbal cues for safety and coordination
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and manage allergen protocols
- Efficiently multitask by balancing prep, service, and cleaning duties especially during peak hours
