Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Lifting handling heavy boxes up to 25 lbs
  • Bending for accessing low areas and handling items
  • Reaching for accessing high areas, building salads, and restocking
  • Squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
  • Pulling tasks requiring moving items or equipment
  • Manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, handling tools and cleaning equipment
  • Physical mobility navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
  • Repetitive motions like typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, mixing
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak times
  • Coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
  • Team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experience

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards for order accuracy and allergen handling
  • Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
