Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Lifting handling heavy boxes up to 25 lbs
- Bending for accessing low areas and handling items
- Reaching for accessing high areas, building salads, and restocking
- Squatting for accessing low areas and handling items
- Pulling tasks requiring moving items or equipment
- Manual dexterity for typing, interacting with systems, handling tools and cleaning equipment
- Physical mobility navigating stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and using equipment
- Repetitive motions like typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, mixing
- Physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak times
- Coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Standing and walking for extended periods including moving between areas

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
- Team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
- Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experience
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards for order accuracy and allergen handling
- Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
