Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to bend for accessing low areas
- Able to reach for accessing high areas including building salads and restocking
- Able to squat for accessing low areas
- Able to pull items or equipment
- Good manual dexterity for typing and handling tools such as knives and thermometers
- Physical mobility for navigating stairs and using equipment
- Capable of repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
- Physical endurance for long shifts and busy periods
- Coordination for balancing and multitasking
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- Use clear verbal cues for team communication and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
