Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, and pull as required
  • Manual dexterity for using kitchen tools, POS systems, and cleaning equipment
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
  • Capacity for repetitive motions such as typing, cleaning, chopping, assembling, and mixing
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
  • Coordination for multitasking and handling bulky items in tight spaces
  • Extended periods of standing and walking

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
  • Team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Portion, mix, squeeze, chop, and prepare ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces adhering to food safety standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and allergen protocols
  • Manage multitasking of prep, service, and cleaning duties especially during peak hours
