Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • lifting up to approximately 25 lbs
  • bending to access low areas and handle items
  • reaching to access high areas and build salads or restock ingredients
  • squatting to access low areas
  • pulling items or equipment as needed
  • manual dexterity for typing, handling tools and equipment
  • physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and operate equipment
  • ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and cleaning
  • physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak times
  • coordination to multitask while handling bulky items in tight spaces
  • must be 18 years or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly and efficient service
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues to ensure coordination and safety
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • efficiently manage multiple tasks including prep, service, and cleaning especially during peak hours
