Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Able to handle lifting items up to approximately 25 lbs
- Able to bend, reach, squat, and pull as required for accessing and managing various items
- Manual dexterity to type, interact with systems, and handle tools safely
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
- Physical endurance to maintain energy during long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination to balance, multitask, and handle bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Greet customers and share menu knowledge
- Portion, mix, squeeze, chop, and prepare ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during service and prep shifts
- Use clear verbal cues for team communication to ensure coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities during peak hours
