Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to handle lifting items up to approximately 25 lbs
  • Able to bend, reach, squat, and pull as required for accessing and managing various items
  • Manual dexterity to type, interact with systems, and handle tools safely
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy during long shifts and peak periods
  • Coordination to balance, multitask, and handle bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different workstations

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • Portion, mix, squeeze, chop, and prepare ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed during service and prep shifts
  • Use clear verbal cues for team communication to ensure coordination and workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities during peak hours
