Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 25 lbs
  • Capability to bend, reach high and low areas, squat, and pull equipment as needed
  • Manual dexterity for typing, handling tools and operating equipment such as knives, thermometers, and POS systems
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevations, and equipment use
  • Capacity to perform repetitive motions including chopping, mixing, assembling, and cleaning
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency throughout long shifts and busy periods
  • Coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky objects in confined spaces
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between work areas

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, squeezing, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as required during prep and service
  • Communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and compliance with allergen protocols
  • Manage multiple tasks such as prep, service, and cleaning efficiently during peak periods
