Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 25 lbs
- Capability to bend, reach high and low areas, squat, and pull equipment as needed
- Manual dexterity for typing, handling tools and operating equipment such as knives, thermometers, and POS systems
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevations, and equipment use
- Capacity to perform repetitive motions including chopping, mixing, assembling, and cleaning
- Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency throughout long shifts and busy periods
- Coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky objects in confined spaces
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between work areas

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, squeezing, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Greet customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service
- Maintain clean and organized workstations adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as required during prep and service
- Communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and compliance with allergen protocols
- Manage multiple tasks such as prep, service, and cleaning efficiently during peak periods
