Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift items up to approximately 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, squat, and reach to access low and high areas
  • Ability to pull items or equipment as needed
  • Manual dexterity for typing and handling tools such as knives and POS systems
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and cleaning
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy during long shifts and busy times
  • Coordination for balancing and multitasking in tight spaces
  • Standing and walking for extended periods

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly and efficient service
  • Maintain sanitation and cleaning standards adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
  • Use clear verbal communication to ensure team coordination and workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food quality and allergy protocols
  • Efficiently manage multitasking during prep, service, and cleaning, especially during peak hours
