Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to handle lifting of heavy items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend for accessing low areas
- Ability to reach for accessing high areas and building salads
- Ability to squat for accessing low areas
- Ability to pull items or equipment
- Manual dexterity for typing and handling kitchen tools and cleaning equipment
- Physical mobility including navigating stairs, doors, ramps, and using kitchen equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
- Physical endurance to maintain energy through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination to multitask and balance while handling bulky items
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
- Team-oriented and proactive especially under peak conditions

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and ingredient prepping
- Build salads accurately following portion and presentation standards
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
- Communicate clearly using verbal cues to ensure team coordination and safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and allergen safety
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
