Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, pull, and perform manual dexterity tasks
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and use equipment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and mixing
- Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide a friendly and efficient service experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed throughout service and prep shifts
- Use clear verbal cues for team communication to ensure coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
