Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift items up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, pull, and perform manual dexterity tasks
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and use equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, assembling, and mixing
  • Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide a friendly and efficient service experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed throughout service and prep shifts
  • Use clear verbal cues for team communication to ensure coordination and workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
