Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Bending for accessing low areas
- Reaching for high areas and handling items
- Squatting for accessing low areas
- Pulling items or equipment as needed
- Manual dexterity for typing, handling tools and cleaning equipment
- Physical mobility including navigating stairs, doors, ramps, and using equipment
- Performing repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
- Physical endurance for maintaining energy through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination to multitask and handle bulky items in tight spaces
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different workstations
- Team-oriented and proactive especially during busy periods
- Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately following portion and presentation standards
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members using clear verbal cues for coordination and safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards ensuring order accuracy and allergen handling
- Manage multiple tasks including prep, service, and cleaning especially during peak hours
