Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- must be 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to lift up to 25 pounds

- strong manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools and POS systems
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, and operate equipment

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and efficient service
- maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies
- use clear verbal communication to coordinate with team and ensure safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food quality and avoid cross-contamination
- manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
