Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- able to lift up to 25 lbs
- able to bend, reach, squat, and pull as needed
- manual dexterity for typing and handling tools including knives and POS systems
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
- capable of repetitive motions such as chopping and cleaning
- able to maintain physical endurance during long shifts and peak periods
- coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
- able to stand and walk for extended periods

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
- team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
- passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
- use clear verbal communication for team coordination and workplace safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
