Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • able to bend, reach, squat, and pull as needed
  • manual dexterity for typing and handling tools including knives and POS systems
  • physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
  • capable of repetitive motions such as chopping and cleaning
  • able to maintain physical endurance during long shifts and peak periods
  • coordination for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items or equipment in tight spaces
  • able to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
  • team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
  • passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
  • use clear verbal communication for team coordination and workplace safety
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities especially during peak hours
