Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes up to approximately 25 lbs
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach high and low areas
  • Ability to pull items or equipment
  • Manual dexterity for typing and handling kitchen tools such as knives and thermometers
  • Physical mobility navigates stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use of varying equipment
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions like chopping, assembling, and cleaning
  • Physical endurance for standing and walking extended periods and sustaining energy during long shifts and peak times
  • Coordination for multitasking and handling bulky items in tight spaces
  • Ability to maintain clear communication and teamwork

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Use clear verbal cues to ensure effective team communication and workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards ensuring order accuracy and proper handling of allergens
  • Efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities, especially during peak hours
