Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • prep food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service
  • maintain clean and organized workspaces adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
  • follow prep guides and recipes to ensure food is prepared to standard, handling allergens and preventing cross-contamination
  • manage multitasking during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
