Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- prep food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
- greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service
- maintain clean and organized workspaces adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
- follow prep guides and recipes to ensure food is prepared to standard, handling allergens and preventing cross-contamination
- manage multitasking during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
