Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- availability to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- ability to lift up to approximately 25 pounds
- ability to bend, squat, and reach to access items
- manual dexterity to use kitchen tools and operate POS systems
- physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, elevators, and use equipment
- capacity to perform repetitive motions like chopping, typing, cleaning, assembling, and mixing
- physical endurance to sustain energy during long shifts and peak periods
- coordination and balance to multitask and handle bulky items safely

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and squeezing ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately following portion and presentation standards
- interact with customers including taking orders and answering questions
- maintain clean and organized workspaces adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout shifts
- communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues to ensure safety and coordination
- ensure order accuracy by following prep guides and handling allergens properly
- manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
