Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to bend, squat, and reach for handling items
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must have good manual dexterity for handling tools and systems
  • Ability to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and cleaning
  • Physical endurance to maintain efficiency during long shifts and peak periods
  • Must be able to coordinate balance and multitask safely

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
  • Team-oriented and proactive, especially during peak periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly service
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces adhering to food safety standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment such as knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during shifts
  • Use clear team communication cues to ensure safety and coordination
  • Follow prep guides and protocols to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
