Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must be authorized to work in the United States
- able to handle lifting of heavy boxes up to approximately 25 lbs
- able to bend, reach, squat, and pull for handling items and accessing various work areas
- possess manual dexterity for typing, using tools such as knives and POS systems, and cleaning
- capable of physical mobility including navigating stairs, doors, ramps, and elevators
- able to perform repetitive motions such as chopping, cleaning, and mixing
- maintain physical endurance for long shifts and peak operational periods
- able to balance and multitask in tight spaces

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
- team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
- passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and ingredient prepping
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service
- use clear verbal communication for effective team coordination and safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food standards, handling allergens and preventing cross-contamination
- efficiently manage multiple tasks during prep, service, and cleaning
