Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Able to lift and handle heavy boxes up to approximately 25 pounds
- Able to bend, reach, and squat for accessing and handling items
- Capable of pulling items or equipment as required
- Demonstrated manual dexterity for typing and handling tools such as knives, thermometers, and POS systems
- Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, ramps, and use equipment
- Able to perform repetitive motions like chopping, typing, cleaning, and assembling
- Physical endurance for maintaining energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination skills for balance, multitasking, and handling bulky items in tight spaces
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods including moving between work areas

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
- Team-oriented and proactive, especially during busy periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting restaurant operations
- Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly, efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service and prep shifts
- Communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues to ensure coordination and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and food safety
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak operational hours
