Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week

- possess coordination for multitasking and managing equipment in tight spaces
- must be 18 years of age or older
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- greet customers and share menu knowledge
- prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- operate kitchen tools and equipment safely including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
- use clear team communication cues for coordination and safety
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure food quality and order accuracy
- efficiently manage prep, service, and cleaning tasks during peak hours
