Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and maintaining physical endurance for long shifts
  • Manual dexterity for typing, using kitchen tools and systems
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and assembling
  • Coordination for multitasking and handling equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
  • Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adapts easily to different stations
  • Team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
  • Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, dish machines, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues to ensure coordination and safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards for order accuracy and allergen protocols
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours including prep, service, and cleaning
