Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach and pull as required
  • Manual dexterity to handle kitchen tools and POS systems
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Physical endurance for long shifts and peak periods
  • Coordination to multitask and handle equipment in tight spaces
  • Adherence to food safety and workplace hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, reliability, and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet customers, take orders, answer questions and deliver friendly service
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, thermometers, dish machines and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Use clear verbal communication for team coordination and workplace safety
  • Follow prep guides and allergen protocols to ensure order accuracy
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
