Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week

  • manual dexterity for typing, using tools, and managing cleaning equipment

  • physical endurance for maintaining energy during long shifts and peak periods
  • coordination for balance and multitasking in tight spaces
  • must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • greet customers and share menu knowledge
  • ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint
  • prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, efficient service
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies throughout service
  • communicate clearly with team members using verbal cues
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to maintain order accuracy
  • efficiently manage multitasking during peak periods
