Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- food preparation including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
- greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly, efficient service
- maintain clean and organized workspace ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, POS systems
- restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during shifts
- use clear verbal communication to coordinate with team
- follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
- efficiently manage multiple tasks including prep, service, and cleaning especially during peak hours
