Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week

  • physical mobility including navigating stairs, doors, ramps and elevators

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • food preparation including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • build salads quickly and accurately with correct portions and presentation
  • greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly, efficient service
  • maintain clean and organized workspace ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, POS systems
  • restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during shifts
  • use clear verbal communication to coordinate with team
  • follow prep guides and recipe cards to ensure order accuracy and prevent cross-contamination
  • efficiently manage multiple tasks including prep, service, and cleaning especially during peak hours
