Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and pull items
  • Manual dexterity for typing, handling kitchen tools and POS systems
  • Physical mobility to navigate stairs, doors, and use equipment
  • Capability to perform repetitive motions such as chopping and cleaning
  • Physical endurance for long shifts and peak periods
  • Coordination for multitasking and handling bulky items
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
  • Prepare food including portioning, mixing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
  • Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
  • Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly and efficient service
  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, blenders, and POS systems
  • Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies during service and prep shifts
  • Communicate clearly with team members to ensure coordination and safety
  • Follow prep guides and recipe cards for order accuracy including allergen protocols
  • Manage prep, service, and cleaning responsibilities efficiently especially during peak hours
