Job Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, pull, and perform repetitive motions
- Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools, POS systems, and cleaning equipment
- Physical mobility for navigating stairs, doors, ramps, and using kitchen equipment
- Physical endurance to maintain energy and efficiency through long shifts and peak periods
- Coordination to multitask and handle equipment in tight spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience with strong customer service skills
- Quick learner who is reliable, organized, and adaptable to different stations
- Team-oriented and proactive especially during peak periods
- Passionate about food quality, safety, and creating memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth restaurant operations
- Food preparation including portioning, mixing, squeezing, chopping, and prepping ingredients
- Build salads quickly and accurately ensuring correct portions and presentation
- Greet guests, take orders, answer questions, and deliver friendly and efficient service
- Maintain clean and organized workspace adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment including knives, robot coupe, blenders, thermometers, dish machines, and POS systems
- Restock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed throughout shifts
- Use clear verbal cues for team communication and workplace safety
- Follow prep guides and recipe cards ensuring food compliance with allergen and cross-contamination protocols
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks including prep, service, and cleaning especially during peak hours
